A Desert Adventure

Namibia

A self-drive, guided overland journey through Namibia’s vast and elemental landscapes—where distance, silence, and scale shape the experience as much as the destinations themselves. From the dunes of Sossusvlei to the Atlantic edge at Swakopmund, through the rugged wilds of Damaraland and the wildlife-rich plains of Etosha, this is a journey defined by space and stillness.

Travelling in fully equipped 4x4 vehicles, supported by our experienced expedition team, you’ll move at a considered pace—combining remote camps with carefully chosen lodges, and long days on the road with time to simply take it all in.

Measured, immersive, and quietly unforgettable.

"Travel far enough to meet yourself!"

THE EXPERIENCE STYLE :

Hosted, Not Managed

The biggest fear for Travel Designers is "Will my client be told what to do all day?" The answer is No.

Living The Adventure :

We provide the "What" and the "Where," but the client owns the "How."

The Support Vehicle :

The support vehicle stays ahead to lead the group or falls behind to provide a "sweep" for safety.

The Flex :

If a couple wants to linger at a waterhole for two hours, they can. They have the radio; they know where the next camp is. They aren't tethered to a group schedule, but they are never truly alone.

Adventure

Hands On

Self-drive travel puts you at the heart of the experience. From navigating river crossings and gravel tracks to setting up camp, preparing meals and sharing stories around the fire, every day brings a sense of achievement — the kind of adventure that feels earned, not staged.

Shared Spirit

Small Groups

Travel in a like-minded group where camaraderie comes naturally. With just a handful of vehicles, these safaris foster connection without compromise — shared discoveries by day, relaxed evenings by the fire, and friendships that often last long after the journey ends.

Routes

Remote

These journeys venture far beyond the usual safari circuit. We follow little-used routes into remote regions, staying in carefully chosen wilderness camps and exclusive locations where crowds are few and nights are quiet — delivering a deeper, more immersive experience of Africa as it truly is.

What is Overlanding?

Overlanding is about discovery - travelling across vast landscapes by road, exploring off-the-beaten-track places, and experiencing Africa at a more intimate level.

Overlanding is for those who believe the journey is as meaningful as the destination. It’s travelling by 4x4 through wild, untamed landscapes, setting up camp under a canopy of stars, and feeling a part of Africa rather than just a visitor. It’s real, raw, and endlessly rewarding - the way exploration was meant to be.

"Across borders, through wilderness — this is overlanding."

On our overland adventures, or as we call them; our SUPER CHARGED ROAD TRIPS,  you drive yourselves in fully kitted 4x4's, while we take care of the details.

All our journeys are carefully planned and guided throughout, but each "team" of 4 leads their own adventure within the group - shopping,  planning and preparing most meals, building the fire, setting up camp and sometimes navigating certain parts on their own.

Accommodation is always well balanced with several nights of the adventure seeing you camping under the stars, we always start and end in comfort and throw in a few lodges/hotels in the middle if the route allows.

Our SUPER CHARGED ROAD TRIPS are ideal for a multi-generational trip to Africa. And why not top it all off with a few days of luxury on a private fly in safari to any number of destinations on our radar!
